Good news for tea lovers. Recent studies reveal that the tea is not only good for health but also can reduce the risk of diabetes. Diabetes risk remained low even when the tea mixed with milk.

Two recent studies showed that black tea contains the effect of lowering glucose levels that can prevent and control type 2 diabetes. Through this study, researchers recommend that you consume three cups of tea a day to lower blood sugar levels.

These results were obtained researchers after an investigation of black tea extracts in the laboratory. They found that sugar has a natural substance that can lower blood sugar levels. Researchers observed after black tea leaves soaked in hot water.
