International Women's Day is actually the story of ordinary women fetched the historical record; a centuries-old struggle to be able to participate in society, as well as men. 1909:

1910:

1911:

In addition to the right to participate in elections and positions in government, they demanded the right to work, the opportunity to obtain training, and the elimination of discrimination in employment.

1913-1914

1917
Because two million Russian soldiers killed in the war, Russian women again took to the streets on the day of the last week in February called "Bread and Peace".
